If you are considering getting involved in any MLM or Network marketing
opportunity, you should give careful
thought to who your sponsor is going to be. If not your immediate sponsor,
at least the upline team you will be
working with. IS THERE EVEN A TEAM? You had better find out BEFORE
you lay your hard earned money
on the line!
I am surprised at the number of people who have not given much thought
to who their sponsor is,
and what kind of support they have in place. Not to mention, the sponsors
who have not given much, IF ANY
thought to what kind of support they are going to offer their downline.
In thinking about the issue this week, I realized that we have put together
the only Upline Support team that I
have ever seen in my over 15 years in Networking, that not only has
a support system - BUT PAYS YOU TO
USE IT! What a different concept huh! Your Upline PAYS YOU to use their
already proven system. It is only a
matter of time until the rest of the net has even figured out what
we have. By then it WILL BE TOO LATE! We
will be light years ahead of them. We are getting ready to ROLL OUT
with a MA$$IVE ad campaign. This will
change the lives of many people on my team forever.
In my book, SUCCESSFUL MLM BY MAIL (I am currently updating that to
BY EMAIL cause I no longer
believe that anyone should try to build an organization by snail mail)
I talk about how you need to get your vision
above the horizon. It's like flying in an airplane. When you are on
the ground, their are many rules to follow, taxi
here, stop here, wait here - etc. Once you take off, you can go where
you want, you see the whole picture. You can
try some things you wouldn't have dreamed of trying when you were on
the ground! Once you are above the
horizon in networking financially, you can do things with ease, just
like flying. Last week I wrote this column about
not limiting yourself mentally. Once you are above the horizon, you
can go where you want. The mental limit will have
been lifted. No Obstacles!
If you have been reading OIO for a few weeks, you have read about the
OLE/Gateway program and how we are
working this thing on the net. If you have not taken the time to look
into this thing, DO IT NOW! You have read
about the PRO pack, and how you can earn commissions just for using
the system! This thing is getting ready to be
above the HORIZON!!! Will you still be on the ground?

Telesales Tip of the Week
Get and Stay Motivated!
To get and stay motivated, give yourself a pep-talk before you begin your calls for the day.
Go through such positive affirmations as, "You're good. You're a fine
sales rep. You're calling to
help people." This builds your confidence, and motivates you to quickly
start the day on a bright
note.
Another variation of this idea is to spend some time writing out a positive
self-talk. Then, review
your script several times to become comfortable, and recite it (don't
read it) into a tape recorder.
You've just created your own motivational tape! Every morning, you
can then listen to your own
inspirational message.
Here are some other ideas for what you might want to say:
Tell yourself that you're a fine sales rep, communicator, person, etc.
Recall extraordinary successes you've had. Describe them.
Mention your goals, so that you keep
them in mind. Be sure to describe what success will
look like, sound like, and feel like.
Tell yourself that minor setbacks ("no's)
will not hinder you. You'll welcome them and treat
them as opportunities.
Tell yourself that you have the ability
to accomplish whatever you set your mind to do.
(You do!)
Listen to your tape daily, and you'll be pleasantly surprised with your accomplishments.
