I received an email from a man this week who told me that his family
would all leave him
if he got involved in another home business opportunity! Apparently,
he had failed in a few
attempts at home business, so the family had this man labeled as a
loser. Sound Familiar?
I can not understand why your family would disown you because of your
wanting to set up a business to provide for them. Just because you
have
failed in business, that does not make you a loser! Many of the most
wealthy men in the world have failed many times! I have failed in many
of my business ventures. Now I earn more in one week than many
people in the US earn all year! If I would have quit years ago, I would
probably be working some 40 hour $300 per week job right now.
In many businesses, including any good MLM, you only lose if you quit!
Think about
it. In many Network Marketing opportunities today, you have the possibility
to earn
more than many doctors, lawyers and other professional people earn!
It may take
you a few months or even Years to get there, but how long did those
professionals
have to go to school to get to the large incomes? YEARS! & MUCHO
$$$$$$
I have a good friend who has been in networking over 20 years now. In
the first 18
years, he barely scrapped by. Finally, he got with the company that
was right for him.
All those years of experience PAID OFF BIG! He now is the
top dog in a very
popular nutritional MLM company, and earns over $300,000 PER MONTH!
This
is not some hyped up story, cause I have actually seen the man's checks.
How many
professional men would like to make that kind of income? If he would
have listen to
everyone telling him he was wasting his time, he never would have got
there.
If you have been around this industry for any amount of time, you no
doubt know
folks who make incredible money networking? Sure, there is a lot of
hype, but there
are a lot of true success stories as well. What if my friend had worked
a 40 hour
per week job all his life? Just over broke right!
With the Net coming into the picture, we have not even seen the start
of the types
of MLM incomes that will be generated online. Online networking is
where mail
order MLM was back in the 60's - it's infant stages! For those who
have taken the
time to do their homework, and/or, get with someone who has, the sky
is the limit!
If your family and friends make fun of your business, smile! Many others
before you
have dealt with the same thing. One day, if you are with the right
company and upline
support team, those folks will just have to eat their words. I love
to run into folks who
at one time spoke to everyone in my county and told them what a "fool

is" for being involved in that "no account business", that I should
"get a real JOB!".
Now I do not believe in a showy display of ones means of living by
any means, but
in a small area, word gets around when you are doing pretty good financially.
Those
good ol boys with the real jobs, they start to wonder what would have
happened
if they would have joined you way back when.
Things come back to ya sometimes. Let people talk, cause they will anyway.
Just
remember - YOU CAN'T LOSE UNLESS YOU QUIT!
This reminds me of one of my first MLM ventures years ago with a company
called
UNIMAX. They were the original MLM Buyers Club co. Today, several businesses
operate with the same concept that UNIMAX had way back when!
The Attorney General in UNIMAX's home state of Illinois, had a
temporary
restraining order put on them much like 5 Star. UNIMAX won their case.
It was
a landmark decision for all of the Networking industry! The problem
was, the legal
fee's alone, left the company insolvent, and they had to quit. So UNIMAX,
won
the court case and still lost their company!!!
We hope that the same things does not happen to 5 Star! We know of several
individuals who have received their cars through the company! We'll
keep you
updated on this and other developments here in OIO!!! Stay Tuned

Hi Doug,
I thought I'd write to you about the "Undeletable Email" which
you outlined in the Sue Happy article (4-16-99). This might be
some
suggestions you want to offer to your readers and the young
lady who wrote you the nasty gram.
I had a similar problem under two different circumstances.
The first occurred when I installed a new version of the
software for Compuserve. I think it was 4.0.
We would delete an email and it would be placed into a
trash file. When we attempted to clean the trash file out,
all the accumulated emails would count down and upon
reaching Zero would reappear. I spent nearly 2 1/2 hours
on the phone with Cserve technical only to have them tell
me to reinstall 3.0.4 version. Then on top of that, the trash
problem carried over into the old version. After about another
1/2 hour on the phone with Cserve technical we were finally
able to delete this insidious function.
So my first statement is, don't blame the email sender.
The second incident was and has been a sporadic one and
this is where your problem might exist. First, I have never had
ad problem deleting your emails, however, I find most of them
very interesting and usually file them.
But, here is the problem that I have had with "undeletable"
email. I use Netscape 4.0 and sometimes I get emails from
new sources that when I click on them, it bombs my Netscape
off completely. I am still connected but I have to reactivate
Netscape. Now remember, I have to be able to get into the
email to click on the delete, or so I thought. So I try again
and
again each time it bombs my Netscape off.
I contacted my local ISP and here is what they told me
is the easiest solution. First, find another email you are
going to delete, highlight it, now hold down on your Control
(Ctrl) key and highlight the offending email. Then click on
your delete key and vala your offender is gone.
One thing I do attempt to do is find the return email
address of the offending email (if the error message that
bombs my Netscape doesn't pop up over it) and I send
them a "nice" email letting them know they need to do
something about this and also to remove me from their
mailing list until they do.
It has happened from about 6 different sources now and
only one came back nastily to me stating I should upgrade
my Netscape and maybe I wouldn't have this problem.
Most of the others have responded with a Thank You
and a note that they would look at their software to try
and learn what was causing this to happen to certain other
email software programs.
As you said in your article, people should look to the
software manufacturer's rather then the user's thereof.
And, I do agree, the SUE Happy of the world, especially
here in the U.S. are making all our lives, both personal
and business, a lot less enjoyable for all.

RIGHT ON! You
sound like a person who's trying to make an HONEST living. I
also get a lot of unsolicited
e-mail, that's part of the net. It's not that tough to push the
delete key or type remove. And if I
did request the material, like in Sheila's case and I wasn't interested....DELETE!
I'm not a
seasoned veteran of the net, but I can push the delete button.
Keep up the good work. Yours is one of the best newsletters that
